How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Send a written notification to dmca@arrowescape.io that includes all of the following information:

• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (such as a URL) for us to locate it.
• Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Response Time

We review all valid notices and typically respond within 5–10 business days. If the claim is valid, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address with a justification and your contact details.
